Remigijus Žemaitaitis yra Lietuvos politikas, gimęs 1982 metais Šilutėje. Jis įgijo teisės magistro laipsnį Vilniaus universitete, dirbo įvairiose teisinėse ir politinėse pozicijose, įskaitant Seimo nario vaidmenį nuo 2009 metų. Buvo „Tvarkos ir teisingumo“ partijos pirmininkas, vėliau tapo naujos partijos „Laisvė ir teisingumas“ vadovu, o 2023 m. įkūrė ir vadovauja partijai „Nemuno Aušra“. 2024 m. paskelbė ketinimus kandidatuoti prezidento rinkimuose. Jo vieši pasisakymai kartais sulaukė kontroversijų, ypač dėl antisemitinių komentarų, už kuriuos 2025 m. buvo teisiamas ir nubaustas. 2024 m. atsisakė Seimo mandato Konstitucinio Teismo sprendimu.
