Mantas Poškus yra Lietuvos politikas, gimęs 1980 m. rugsėjo 16 d. Radviliškyje. Jis baigė Lietuvos sporto universitetą, dirbo kūno kultūros mokytoju ir buvo Radviliškio rajono savivaldybės Švietimo ir sporto paslaugų centro vedėjo pavaduotojas. Nuo 2024 m. lapkričio 14 d. yra Lietuvos Respublikos Seimo narys atstovaujantis partijos „Nemuno aušra“ frakciją. Dalyvauja keliuose Seimo komitetuose ir tarpparlamentinių ryšių grupėse.
