Rūta Miliūtė yra Lietuvos politikė, gyvenime gimusi 1990 m. lapkričio 27 d. Kaune. Ji yra buvusi seimo narė nuo 2016 metų, priklauso Demokratų frakcijai „Vardan Lietuvos“, kuriai atstovauja nuo 2021 metų. Yra studijavusi politikos mokslus ir viešąją politiką, turi bakalauro ir magistro laipsnius. Buvo jauniausia Seimo narė įstojusi dar iki 26-ojo gimtadienio. Per savo politinę karjerą ėjo įvairias pareigas, buvo Seimo Europos reikalų komiteto pirmininko pavaduotoja, įvairių pakomitetių pirmininkė, taip pat vadovavo Seimo delegacijoms Pasaulinėje ir Europos parlamentinėje sąjungose. Kalba anglų ir vokiečių kalbomis.
