Vytautas Juozapaitis yra Lietuvos dainininkas (baritonas), pedagogas ir politikas. Gimė 1963 m. gruodžio 14 d. Radviliškyje. 1989 m. baigė Lietuvos valstybinę konservatoriją su meno magistro laipsniu, ilgą laiką buvo solistas ir direktorius Lietuvos nacionaliniame operos ir baleto teatre. Nuo 2012 m. dirba Seime, atstovaudamas Tėvynės sąjungą–Lietuvos krikščionių demokratų frakciją. Taip pat aktyvus visuomeninėje veikloje, vykdo kultūros ir žmogaus teisių ambasadoriaus pareigas, dalyvauja įvairiose Seimo komitetų veiklose.
